How To Look Like A Victoria Secret Angel Part 1

The Victoria Secret Angels are considered as one of the most beautiful women in the world. They are basically icons to women everywhere and men practically worship them. Now this is not a huge gurantee you're gonna look like Adriana Lima or any one of these beautiful creatures.  This is a post basically telling you what they do to maintain that amazing bod, shiny hair, perfect skin etc etc. While they are genetically blessed, these women do work hard to look the absolute best. And here i am going to share to you everything that i could find about their diet and fitness secrets and beauty regimes.



Adriana Lima:

-Does Boxing Workouts with her longtime trainer and pal, Michael Olajide 

-Blackberries, Blueberries and steamed veggies are her go to snacks

-Does High Intensity workouts 

-Drinks or takes Flaxseed Oil to ensure her hair stays shiny and helps with hair growth

-Washes her Hair twice a week

-Does Brazillian Blowouts 

-Watches what she eats mainly she keeps a balanced diet and eats everything in portion

-Drinks lots of Coconut Water to stay hydrated 

-Uses Tea tree oil whenever a spot comes up 

-Does Skipping for Cardio 

-tries to get 8h sleep everynight

-Drinks tons of water



Candice Swanepoel:

-Works on her Butt most with her longtime trainer and pal, Justin Gelband

-Does a mix of Pilates,Kickboxing, Resistance and Yoga about 3-4x a week 

-Eats 5-6x a day (she has an insanely high metabolism) of mainly a balanced diet and eats everything in portion. 

-Basic Skin care routine includes cleansing, toning and moisturising 

-Uses a tea tree oil face wash with Green tea in it

-Uses the Victoria Secret Lip scrub and balm

-Eats Avocado and goji berries daily 

-makes sure she eats fish,lots of veggies,nuts and foods that contain omega and rich in oils

-Washes her hair every other day 

-Tries to get 8h of sleep everynight

-Drinks tons of Water 

-Uses lots of Scrubs to give a glow, and follow with lots of moisturiser. 

-Dyes her hair quite often, she leaves with a hair mask 





Miranda Kerr: 

-Has been following The Blood Type Diet (She's a blood type A) 

-Practices Ballet,Yoga and also trains with Justin Gelband

-Eats mainly low GI, high alkaline foods,fresh produce and very little meat 

-Drinks lots of filtered water

-Tries to get 8h of sleep

-She follows the principle of 80% healthy and 20% indulgence 

-Drinks noni juice everyday since she was 12

-Takes 4 tablespoons of coconut oil either she mixes it in her greentea or salad

-Uses organic certified natural skin care products

-Uses Rosehip Oil on her skin

-Sandalwood essential oil is her signature scent 

-Dry Body brushes her skin every morning to exfoliate and eliminate toxins

-Practices Meditation and Affirmations

-Does Regular trims on hair to avoid split ends 

-Uses organic coconut oil as a treatment for hair 



Erin Heatherton:

-Works out approximately 4x a week 

-Does a full body workout rather focuses on a specific part of the body 

-Utilizes a variety of exercises to maximize heart rate to burn calories

-Does Interval Training combined with Weight Resistance

-Eats as healthy as possible, Watches what she eats and keeps a balanced diet

-Fruits are a go to snack 

-Eats on a consistent basis to maintain a proper level of energy 

-Indulges occasionally 

-Uses a lot of face masks 

-Uses a Clarisonic Mia 2 every morning and every night

-Uses Ishi Salon and Oribe's Royal Blowout Heat Styling Spray for hair 

-Tries to get enough sleep as much as possible

-Drink lots of water

-Stays away from Sodas and sugary Drinks

Lindsay Ellingson: 

-Trains with her trainer, Mark Gordon

-Uses a stability ball and a yoga mat when working out

-Focuses in her butt and legs

-Also takes Yoga and Hip Hop Classes 

-Subsists on a diet of green juices and protein shakes before a shoot or event

-Indulges occasionally. Doesnt really restrict herself

-Tries to get plenty of sleep

-Uses EltaMD products. She is also her Dermatologist

-Tans her legs a lot but careful with her face. She is religious about sunscreen

-Drinks lots of water 

-Exfoliates to get glowing skin

-Uses an eye mask by Skyn Iceland

-Uses Paul Mitchell Leave in conditioner

-Tries to not wash hair everyday
